Why a NitroVault™ for NITROCENTER®?
Engineered precisely for you — inside and out
Nitrogen generation isn’t one-size fits all but it can be all-in-one. The NitroVault™ delivers the power of the NITROCENTER® — customized to your specified industry applications and purity — in a compact and durable enclosure. Assembled with the equipment, lighting, temperature control and air flow necessary to meet your exact needs, NitroVault™ is available in standard 20ft and 40ft sizes or custom sizes.
Delivered directly to you — ready to operate
Equipment installations can be disruptive to your operations. Your NitroVault™ is engineered and assembled in our secure facility and delivered directly to yours. Our technicians lower the enclosure into its outdoor location, make two connections (power and nitrogen) and it’s ready to go. And because it’s self-contained, your NitroVault™ can be moved to wherever you need it.
Maximize and monetize your production space
From laser cutting operations to food and beverage processing plants, floor space is valuable. For every square foot not dedicated to income producing activities, your business is losing revenue. Moving nitrogen generation outdoors with NitroVault™ frees up real estate so you can increase your production capacity.
What makes NitroVault™ so unique?
Nitrogen generation — expertly contained
With NITROCENTER® inside, NitroVault™ is so much more than a steel box. It’s the first of its kind, world-class nitrogen generation system that’s configured to your application and usage specifications that can be installed outside of your building with ease.
Thermostatically controlled — adapting to external conditions
Nitrogen generation requires the right temperature to operate and we ensure the conditions inside aren’t affected by the weather outside — even in extreme climates. From Edmonton, Alberta to San Antonio, Texas, our enclosures are designed to keep your operations running.
Easy to access — and to move
Technicians can easily access and navigate the unit for routine maintenance. The entire enclosure can be moved with a crane and relocated to a new facility or to another location on your property as your business grows or your needs change.
It pays for itself — in record time
Compared to delivery, companies who produce their own nitrogen in-house and on-demand see the lowest cost per m3 (or CCF). Not only are they saving 90% vs. traditional delivery but see ROI in as little as one year on a NitroVault™ installation.
It’s safe for your business and the environment
Our enclosures are designed to protect your system from the elements outside and accidental interference from inside your facility. NitroVault™ units are equipped with oxygen deficiency monitors that alert if oxygen levels drop below a safe threshold. Plus, on-site nitrogen generation reduces your carbon footprint, CO2 emissions and waste from nitrogen tank disposal.
Clients who have gone all in on outdoor nitrogen generation
“We purchased a NitroVault™ outdoor system to supply laser-grade nitrogen to our lasers. Purity Gas quickly determined our needs and engineered a turnkey system that we could install outside the main building in a custom weatherproof enclosure that could withstand the harshest climate conditions. The cut quality and technical performance of the nitrogen generation system are excellent. I would recommend Purity Gas to anyone considering a nitrogen gas generation solution for their business.”
